Dr. Piyush Ojha is the Clinical Director – Neurology & Head – Neurointervention at Marengo Asia Hospitals, Gurugram. Dr Piyush Ojha completed his MBBS from R.N.T. Medical College, Udaipur, Rajasthan & MD (Medicine) from MGM Medical College, Indore, Madhya Pradesh in 2013. He was awarded the Gold Medal for the Best Postgraduate Student (2013) in the Department of Medicine during his postgraduate studies. He then completed his DM (Neurology) from Government Medical College, Kota in 2017.

After that, he finished his Stroke Fellowship from the prestigious Calgary Stroke Program (Canada), which is among the best centers for Stroke care in the world. He then completed his Neurointervention Fellowship (FINR) from Medanta- The Medicity, Gurugram, India. He has 11 years of experience to his credit in the field of Neurology and has experience in managing all Neurology patients (outpatient and inpatient), which included cases of acute stroke, epilepsy, headache, neuromuscular disorders, dementia, movement disorders, botox injections, etc.

With his vast experience as a Stroke Neurologist and Neurointerventionist, he has been performing diagnostic angiograms (cerebral and spinal) along with therapeutic neurointervention procedures, which include mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, carotid stenting, and AVM embolizations. He also has experience in using the latest devices in the Neurointervention field, such as Flow diverters (intravascular and intrasaccular).

He specializes in managing acute stroke, epilepsy, headache, dementia, and movement disorders, among others. As a Neurointerventionist, he performs diagnostic angiograms and therapeutic procedures like mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm coiling, and carotid stenting using cutting-edge devices.
